We greatly enjoyed our rooms with kitchens. the location was central, in a good part of town, and convenient for accessing Meriden, CT, New Haven, and Hartford. Plus, we were close to a mall, pharmacies, restaurants, groceries, and the post office.

I liked the reasonable hotel rate. The front desk staff that worked the night shift was nice when I checked in.

The staff at the front desk working the morning shift was cold and looked bothered that I asked her questions. I was not happy with the grill being dirty and the bbq utensil Looked unwashed from the last time it was used. The explanation from the morning front desk person as to why it was dirty was astonishing not in a good way. To say that the grill was filthy due to the last guest using is unacceptable.

Check in - desk person was out of sight with feet up, shoes off, doing something on an electronic when arrived. Air cond. did not seem to work well Refrigerator doors and various cabinets opened wrong direction for room set up.
